Another favourite is The One Eyed Cat. With 17 wines by the glass and some truly lovely tapas (not to mention some of the best Cornish mussels in town!), it's a low-key and stylish place to date. A brilliant bit of design work with a mixture of inside/outside decking and brickwork makes Zafiros al fresco terrace a lovely place to be whatever the weather and a fab place to take a date. While the intimate and welcoming Kazbah offers exotic Morroccan fare over which you can get to know each other. Great staff and a really interesting menu make it a real break for the norm.
